Deposit
50% deposit required at time of booking with balance being payable 60 days prior to occupancy. 50% of deposit refundable up to two months of notification of any cancellation. Deposit non refundable for any cancellation within two months of reserved occupancy date.
Refundable security cash deposit of 200 Euro required upon arrival, against loss or damage to the property or contents.
